do.sales is growing and we are looking for a kick-ass, fun to work with Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with fellow team members on client engagements and will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources, reaching out to them and generating interest using email and social media. 

What you would be doing:

  • Online market research for lead identification and database building based on given criteria.

  • Identify decision-makers within a given business.

  • Understand their business model, offerings, and needs, so that you can present key selling points, features, benefits, etc.

  • Creating connections with them via various channels and scheduling appointments.

  • Conducting analytics and reporting on results.

  • Help manage and maintain relevant data in our CRM by recording all necessary meta-data related to the leads.

What we are looking for:

  • Awesome communication skills - verbal and written (duh!).

  • Someone who is not afraid of putting in the work to make a difference.

  • 1-2 years of experience

We would be thrilled if you have:

  • Knowledge of software technologies/IT industry in general

  • Any past experience in software services sales

What you would be doing 

  • Understand our client’s offerings and develop B2B sales strategies to target prospects in defined geographies/industries.

  • Develop B2B messages for outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.

  • Reach out to clients’ prospects on the clients’ behalf via email and LinkedIn (no cold calling).

  • Scheduling semi-automated, semi-manual email send-outs.

  • Handling responses: work with objections, follow-ups, etc. with the ultimate goal to schedule appointments for our clients

  • Help our clients around the world achieve their customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

  • Participate in group calls with American and European clients.

  • Managing multiple mailboxes for our clients.

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a sales role or similar clients related roles.

  • Track record of achieving KPI’s and targets.

  • Excellent time management and superior attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and organized individual.

  • Team player with the rest of the sales team.

  • US or Canadian sales experience is a big plus.
